By using Kitcho, you agree to these terms. Kitcho is an app for organizing recipes, shopping, loyalty cards, planning, packing and shared expenses.

This is a translation for convenience. The original Czech version is authoritative and takes precedence if the texts differ. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Read the Czech original.

What Kitcho is

Kitcho helps store recipes, plan meals, manage shopping lists, loyalty cards, packing lists, recurring purchases, households and expense settlements.
The service features may change or expand over time. Some features may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance.

Account

The user is responsible for the accuracy of their account data and for protecting their login credentials.
If you suspect account misuse, change your password and contact support.

User content

The user is responsible for recipes, photos, text, cards, shopping lists and other content they upload or save in Kitcho.
Do not add content to the app if you do not have the rights to it, or sensitive information you do not want stored there.
Use sharing features only when you agree with sharing the selected content with other people.

Expense settlements

Expense settlement features are a helper tool. Always check calculations, exchange rates and suggested transfers before making a real payment.
Kitcho is not a financial, accounting or legal advisor and does not process bank payments.

Availability and changes

We try to keep the app reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Features, API and app appearance may change. Some features may require updating the app or web client.
The service may be temporarily limited, changed or discontinued at any time. The user is not entitled to compensation, damages or continued availability of the service or data beyond what is required by law.

Limitation of liability

Kitcho is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the user is responsible for data loss, incorrectly entered data, incorrect purchases, incorrect calculations or decisions made based on the app.
Regularly check and back up important data outside the app if it matters to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for direct or indirect damages, data loss, lost profits, incorrect calculations, service unavailability or other consequences of using or being unable to use Kitcho.

Ending use

The user may stop using the app and request account deletion.
Access may be limited if the terms are violated or the service is abused.
The operator may terminate, restrict or remove the service or a specific account when needed for security, service operation, violation of the terms or discontinuation of Kitcho.
